What does it take to launch an ASP .Net-powered ecard website similar to Bluemountain.com?

I’m a student at Aptech, and I learnt the basis of ASP .Net, SQL Server, Web services, and a few others. I just need to know what in these courses I must concentrate on the most while constructing such online services, as a first-time entrepreneur, and what team members are required to make this project a reality.
